A wheelchair

Seems that our city will soon need a wheelchair. I've painted one on one of the numerous waste-sites around the city centre. Just about 2 blocks from the main street.

Whatever it might mean, in that decay context, it's still a wheelchair, so maybe someone has just got up and gone for the best. bless u go for it!

P.S.: On our way there we've bumped into an interesting bill, that agitates citizens to rally against rebuilding the historical centre and so on. By the time I'm taking the photo it's been 5 days since that rally. Wonder what was that. It wont make much difference anyways, so all we've got is the luck to catch a glimpse of that architecture or whatever..
